I've been an Avon Representative for more than 13 years. I serve hundreds of customers, specialize in skin care consulting, and offer a full range of personalized and virtual services. As an Advanced Unit Leader, I have recruited and trained more than 250 representatives. The annual sales of my team have grown from $100,000 in my first year of leadership to over $800,000 last year. In December of 2008, I ranked among the top three Advanced Unit Leaders in the country for total unit sales volume increase over the prior year. My mission is to recruit and train representatives who, together with me, will provide unparalleled customer service and who will also recruit and train other representatives to do the same.

The Avon Foundation is an accredited 501(c)(3) public charity in the US that was founded in 1955 to improve the lives of women and their families. Now past the half century mark, the Avon Foundation brings this mission to life through two key areas of focus: the fight against breast cancer and support for women's empowerment, including economic advancement and the issue of domestic violence, and more than 300 grants area awarded each year for these important causes. The flagship programs are the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade, which works to advance access to care and finding a cure; and Speak Out Against Domestic Violence, focused on ending the cycle of domestic violence, with a special focus on children.
